  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You may receive a confirmation call or message before your order is shipped.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all cities and regions across Pakistan.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping promotions may be available on selected products or orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and make the payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information when available so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address or phone number, the courier may make another delivery attempt or return the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Novamart is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (if applicable). We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
